Every Sequoia Soundworks license grants synchronization rights for one specific project. Copyright ownership of the musical composition and master recording remains with Sequoia Soundworks and its respective rights holders.
Licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing and may not be transferred, sublicensed, resold, or redistributed.

Cue Sheets & Performance Royalties
For television, streaming platforms, feature films, theatrical releases, and other broadcast productions, clients are responsible for submitting cue sheets whenever required by the broadcaster, distributor, or performing rights organization (PRO).
Cue sheets should include:

Submitting accurate cue sheets ensures that composers and publishers receive public performance royalties through their respective Performing Rights Organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, SOCAN, UBC, and others).
Please note that synchronization license fees do not include public performance royalties, which are administered separately according to local laws and industry standards.
